Thanks to Blendee, it is possible to condition the sending of triggers, i.e. choose whether to send a particular message to users who have made purchases, or to all users indiscriminately.

Through this new feature, Blendee, at the time of executing the trigger action, will recheck if the user complies with the set condition, otherwise if the condition is not verified the user will be discarded.

At this point, going to step 6 CONFIGURE TRIGGER OPTIONS, you can condition the sending of a trigger with the following options:

• Send to all users
• Send to users who have made purchases
• Send to users who haven’t made a purchase

In addition, it is also possible to set the Days on which the condition is checked. Here you enter the days on which trigger trigger triggering limits should be checked.
