Setting up an Action Trigger on Specific Brand

The “Action on Specific Brand” trigger allows you to send the user an email with offers and promotions from a brand they have seen, searched for or purchased.

To proceed with the configuration of this trigger, click on Journey -> Trigger -> Real Time.

Once you’ve selected the trigger of interest and activated it, you can go to the next page, configure the trigger’s advanced settings.

You can trigger the trigger on a specific type of action:

  • Purchase
  • Product View
  • Adding to Cart
  • Research

Condition the execution of the trigger depending on whether or not there are confirmed purchases

Select the brand for which you want to trigger the previously selected action.

Turn it on for users who have or haven’t made purchases.
