Blendee allows you to receive an email notification every time a form is filled out.

Let’s find out how it works.

During the form creation wizard in the second “Advanced Settings” step:

we find the “Subscription Notifications” section.

Here you must enter the email addresses where the notification emails will be delivered.

Subsequently, when the form in question is filled out, we may receive 3 types of emails:

• Anonymous User
• User Unveiled
• User

Anonymous User, when the form was filled out by an anonymous user and the form in question had no fields that required contact information, such as mobile phone, email.

User Disclosed, when an anonymous user, is revealed thanks to this form, then adding contact information such as email and mobile phone.

User, when a user who was already known in the database fills out the form, the email shows the data that the user had already shared and in addition those that he has filled in with this form.

Thanks to this system, we will be able to keep track of every single subscription to Blendee forms and check when a user goes from anonymous to unveiled to become a user who has been following our brand for longer.
