Blendee offers multiple options for filtering and segmenting your audience. Often, however, it is useful to work on all users except those belonging to a certain segment.

An example would be sending a newsletter to all users (Entire Audience) excluding Hero users (to whom we want to send an ad hoc communication).

To carry out this operation, Blendee provides a specific field that allows you to choose between:

• Select all users belonging to the segment (default choice);
• Select all users who do NOT belong to the segment;

The field is available for recommendations, behavioural messages, newsletters, email widgets and also for triggers, excluding scheduled activity types.
