When we send a newsletter, it may happen that some users request to no longer receive our communications or that some email addresses, within our mailing lists, are incorrect.

To export these lists, from the Blendee panel, simply move to Direct marketing -> Email-Marketing:

By selecting “manage” you can then proceed by clicking on the “Export” button and choosing from the List of Unsubscribed Users or List of Bounces (failed submissions).

At this point, the platform will send the list, in CSV format, to the email address that requested it:

In the export file of failed submissions you will find the fields: mail, tipo_bounce (Soft or Hard) and data_acquisizione.
