Click on your profile picture at the top right and select “Account settings” from the drop-down menu that opens.

At the bottom of the screen you will be able to see the section with your active forms:

Next to each form is a summary of the type of permit I have for that form
R = read (I can read the contents of the form)
W = write (I can edit the contents of the form)
D = detail (I can see the details of the module)
