The Warning allows you to show a small box positioned at the top right, containing a message that can be shown to users belonging to a certain segment. To configure a warning, go to Web Site -> Behavioural Messages from the left menu.

From the control panel, click on the “New Behavioural Message” button at the top right.

The configuration window will open (To learn more about the steps, read the following article “How to configure a behavioural message”). Continue with the settings until you choose the Template .

N.B.: A new version of this template called “Next warning” is available with more features and customizations, so you can find the guide on this page.

You can check the progress of the configuration through the bar at the top of the page.
At this point you can click on the “Select” button corresponding to the Warning Message template and continue with the “Next” button at the bottom right of the page.

At this stage it will be possible to customize our message through the editor.

In the left column, by clicking on the respective buttons, it will be possible to:

• Enter the Text of the Message: a small additional editor will open
• Enter the Title of the Message: a small additional editor will open
• Choose the icon: from those in the list – Font Awesome
• Insert a button:
  • Text
  • Link
  • Text Color
  • Button background color
  • Displays the button (or not)
  • Close when button clicks (or not)
  • How to open the link
• Insert Border and Background of the box:
  • Edge Thickness
  • Edge Rounding
  • Border color
  • Background color
• Determine the Position and Dimensions of the Box
  • Message Size (Small-Medium-Large)
  • Display Wait (seconds)
  • Distance from top margin (px)
  • Ranking level (z-index)
  • Waiting for display once closed (Days-Hours-Minutes)
• Other
  • Display on Load (or Not)
  • Scroll offset
  • Seconds of visibility
  • Close the other warnings (or not)

Once all our settings have been set, you can preview them directly on the desired page. You need to enter the URL in the appropriate field and choose the display format (desktop-tablet-mobile). At this point click on “Update Preview” at the bottom of the left column and you will have a preview of our Warning.

Proceed to save.
