To set up a behavioural message with a coupon inside, you first need to create the coupon code within Blendee. To learn more about this topic, we recommend consulting the article “How to create and modify a coupon“.

At this point you can continue by going from the side menu to “Website” then choose “Behavioural Messages”.

To proceed with the creation of the message above, click on “New Behavioural Message”. This will take you to the basic configuration screen.
In step 1 it is possible, after entering the name, to select the previously created coupon from the corresponding drop-down.
