Blendee is a Marketing Operating System that allows you to increase sales by offering visitors a personalized and pleasant shopping experience by analyzing their behaviors and showing the most relevant products for each user. To help you succeed, Blendee combines the capabilities of Customer Data Platform, Ad Server , and Data Management Platform.
In order to interact optimally with the customer’s web store, the latter is asked to create a series of “.csv” feeds to be created according to the specifications presented below.
Initial Platform Setup
In order to start using the Blendee platform, with the help of our technical support, you will need to complete the following requests:
- Provide Blendee with a minimum set of information about your e-commerce site as well as the catalogs of the products you manage.
- Prepare the information flows (feeds) and schedule the sending of updated information, in possession of your CRM systems, to the Blendee platform, relating to users, products, orders, incentives, etc.
- Implement the necessary tracking scripts on your site to provide Blendee with live data on user activity while browsing your site.
The basic structure includes one or more catalogues linked to each “website”.
In general, each catalogue must contain:
- Currency (default for catalog products)
- Language (catalog reference language)
- Logo (Url of an image to be associated with the catalog)
- Store (Url of the store to be associated with the catalog)
This information must be communicated to the Blendee staff during installation.
