Once a user has logged in to the dashboard, it is possible to analyze in detail data relating to their subscription, whether portal or newsletter.
To view this data, simply access the “Subscriptions” tab from the main screen.
Here you will find the main information, such as:
- Name and surname
- mobile phone number
- Status (Active or Inactive)
- Date of enrollment
- presence or not within the blacklist
The reported data are divided into two different boxes depending on whether they have been collected within the portal or passed to the platform via API.
At each individual box, you can take a closer look at the data by enlarging the box using the three-dot icon located at the top right of the box.
