Blendee provides, for some behavioral filters (browsing history), the possibility to establish a minimum number of actions for the filter to be verified.
This feature can be used, for example, to segment all users who have seen a certain product/content at least 2 times. We can then take action specifically for these users, such as a trigger, and thus be more effective in our marketing strategies.
The behavioral filters (browsing history), which have the functionality, are as follows:
- Brand of a product seen
- Category of a viewed content
- Category of a viewed product
- View Category
- Name of a viewed content
- Name of a product viewed
- SKU of a product seen
- Tags a viewed content
- Tags of a viewed product
To activate this type of filter, click on the Add Filter button.
Select the New Filter option, enter the name of the filter, and then select the type of behavioral filter.
At this point, choose one or more conditions from those listed above and clicking on the gear will open a menu where you can define the parameter “Number of minimum actions to be considered”.
Click Save to then use your filter in the segments
