We can create a template from any newsletter we have previously created, even if it has been archived.
Just click on manage and make template.
Then the pop-up will open, enter the name we want to give to the template and then click on the “Save” button.

Once the template has been saved, we can use it to create our Newsletter.
In the Configuration/Creation Wizard when we get to the template item, if we click on the “Personal” tab, we will find all the templates we have previously created and also our new template, select it and continue with the creation of our newsletter.
