When browsing a site or eCommerce, the user base is divided into several categories:
Known: These are all users who, in a given period, have passed through a touch point (e.g. the website) where Blendee is installed and whose contact information (email and/or phone number) we already had.
Revealed: These are all users who, in a given period, have passed through a touch point (e.g. the website) where Blendee is installed and of whom we had no information (email and/or phone number) but who, in the period of interest, have, for example, registered and therefore “revealed”
Anonymous: These are all users who, in a given period, have passed through a touch point (for example the website) where Blendee is installed who, for the moment, have not released contact information and who therefore have not revealed themselves but of whom we have a whole series of information that can help us to put on the ground strategies to bring them to registration
The unveil rate, translated as the unveiling rate, is a figure that is hardly mentioned among the most relevant, but, in reality, it is very significant as it allows us to monitor the potential of our web project in terms of users.
In fact, once we have defined the parameters through which we can define a sufficiently profiled user on the basis of the data collected, we can more easily focus on our lead generation strategy and thus refine the activities to be implemented in order to transform the anonymous user into a known user.
The real challenge of a good lead generation strategy is not limited to the ability to create high-performance ADS campaigns, but also includes all those activities necessary to stimulate users to register and release their data, and it is precisely in this phase that marketing automation and artificial intelligence show their potential thanks to the valuable contribution of the data that are collected.
Where to find the Unveil rate section on Blendee?
It’s on the dashboard, shown inside this box:
