- Newsletter Bounce
Filters by Newsletter Sending Status
- Open

It is worth dwelling on the definition of bounced emails, i.e. all those e-mail messages that are returned to the sender whenever there is an error in the reception, such as an error in the specified address or the mail management server is unable to receive. To learn more about bounce error codes, we refer you to this article. An email address that then returned a bounce for a particular email send, did not receive that email due to technical issues due to its mailbox or email provider
To proceed with the configuration of the filters, read the article at the following link “Configure the filters”.
Please note:
Demographic filters have a set time for recalculation, which is about 8 hours.
So you need to take this detail into account for any actions related to the segment.
