In the Curated Audience, the Audience Provider can view the list of Custom Requests received from the Audience Buyer, manage them and monitor their status.
How to view the list of all Custom Requests
To view the list of all Custom Requests, simply select “Advertising” and then “Curated Audience” from the main menu. Click on the “Custom Requests” item.
Once logged in, the Custom Requests page shows a list of all your Custom Requests. The list of Custom Requests presents the following information:
- Id
- Name
- Provider
- Validity
- Status
The Custom Request statuses are as follows:
- Acquired: when the Audience Provider receives the Custom Request;
- Refused: when the Audience Provider rejects the Custom Request;
- Resolved: when the Audience Provider resolves the Custom Request by assigning an existing Audience Package to that Request;
- Under Management: when the Audience Provider takes over the Custom Request and creates a new Audience Package to resolve the Request.
