Once you have created your Audience, Blendee allows you to carry out a series of operations to better manage it according to your goals and strategies. Possible operations include:

• Edit
• Labels
• Clone
• Delete
• Create Twin
• Sync Status
• Download Statistics

How to take action on my Audience

From the main menu, click on “Target” and then on “Audience“.

Once you have accessed the section, choose the Audience on which you want to perform an action and proceed by clicking on the “Edit” button.

When clicked, a drop-down menu will open that groups the following actions:

• Edit to edit the rules used when creating your Audience. You can edit all Audience types, except Audience Direct, which can only be synced with an external platform;
• Labels to label Audiences based on their characteristics;
• Clone to duplicate Audience Clusters and Personas;
• Delete to delete the Audience.

By clicking on the “Manage” button you can do the following:

• Create Extended to create Extended Audiences;
• Create Twin to create Twin Audiences;
• Sync Status to consult the synchronization status of your Audience with an external platform;
• Download Statistics to download a report with a complete view of the data of a particular Audience, collecting user demographics, interests and insights into social behavior in a single file.
