The Subscription Recurrence Trigger allows you to engage a user on the occasion of the anniversary of their registration on our site. The trigger is, in fact, activated X days before the enrollment anniversary.

To configure the trigger, access the dedicated section, by clicking on Journey -> Triggers -> Scheduled.
Once you have accessed the dedicated section, you can create a new trigger by clicking on the “New trigger” button at the top.

In the basic settings , you can also enter the following fields:

• Name: enter the name you want to assign to the trigger;
• Description: enter a full description of the trigger:
• Segment: select the segment to which you want to send the trigger (for this trigger, it is mandatory to select a segment);

In step 3 of the configuration, select the “Subscription Recurrence” trigger.

After selecting the trigger, click on the “Next” button at the bottom right.
At this point you will be able to set the Advanced Configurations.

It is possible to select a time frame in days before which the trigger will be triggered, before the expiry of the recurrence of the registration event.
