The “Actions on Specific Category” trigger allows you to send an email with offers and promotions of a category viewed, searched or purchased.
To configure this tirgger, click on Journey -> Trigger -> Real Time Trigger -> New Trigger.
To proceed, select the “New Trigger” item from the menu and in step 3 of the configuration select the “Actions on Specific Category” trigger.

In the next step I have to configure the trigger options, choosing between the actions:
- Category View
- Purchase
- Adding to Cart
- Research
Finally, it is necessary to select the category for which we are interested in triggering; We may optionally verify whether or not a purchase against the stock has taken place and whether or not such purchases are verified.
