With Blendee it is possible to send personalized emails, at the most appropriate time, thus reducing the sending of generic emails, creating a specific Customer Experience for each customer.
To personalize the sending of emails, it is possible to use experiences within the Campaign Manager, thanks to which it is possible to improve the effectiveness of communications through the sending of newsletters and personalized emails by inserting products and content in line with users’ expectations and interests.
From the side menu by going to Journey -> Campaign manager -> New campaign you can create email campaigns that can be sent to users belonging to specific segments, lists or upon the occurrence of certain events called triggers.
Let’s examine the particular case of emails triggered by trigger events: they are sent following the occurrence of specific actions (real time) or after specific periods of time (scheduled).
A real-time trigger email, for example, can be invited immediately after the user has completed the newsletter subscription, while a scheduled trigger email can be the one sent on the occasion of the birthday.
Creating the Trigger
To configure this type of email, you must first create a Trigger as explained in the dedicated guide.
Once the trigger is created, you can access your campaigns from the left-hand menu on Journey -> Campaign Manager.
Creating the Experience
You then proceed to create a new experience within the desired campaign, by clicking on the “New Experience” button at the top right.
To complete the creation, in the configuration, select “All users of a Trigger” from the drop-down menu of the user base and then select the previously created trigger.
Through Experience Manager it is possible to select the email action from the left column and drag it into the workflow sheet, merge it with the chosen segment and configure time and content in the right column of configuration.
