The Action on Specific Product trigger allows you to send an email with offers and promotions of a product viewed, searched or purchased.
To proceed with the configuration of this Trigger, click on Journey -> Trigger -> Real Time from the side menu.
Click on the blue button at the top “New Trigger” and in step 3 of the configuration select the “Action on Specific Product” trigger. To learn how to set up all configurations, read the article “Configure a trigger“.
After selecting the trigger, click on “Next”.
At this point you will be able to set the Advanced Configurations.
You can trigger the trigger on a specific type of action:
- Purchase
- Product View
- Adding to Cart
- Research
Condition the execution of the trigger depending on whether or not there are confirmed purchases
Select the product for which you want to trigger the previously selected action.
Turn it on for users who have or haven’t made purchases.
